Our fees and charges are fixed
Our fees and charges are fixed, but the disbursements (out of pocket costs) where necessary, comprise of the followings
- Title Search;
- ASIC Company Search;
- Property Certificates;
- Owners Corporation Certificate;
- Settlement attendance fees;
- General disbursements ie. photocopying, telephone, postage etc.
*GST is payable on each transaction.
