WHAT IS CONVEYANCING?
Conveyancing is the process of transferring the legal ownership of real estate from one person to another.
We undertake all aspects of the work including (where necessary) all relevant title and property searches, company search, negotiation of contracts, liaising with mortgagees, coordinating settlement between relevant conveyancers and mortgagees, attending to stamping and lodging.
